Aida practices primarily in the areas of real estate law, business law, and wills and estates law. Aida regularly advises clients about their residential and commercial real estate transactions, finding satisfaction in helping her clients secure their dream homes or bring their small business goals to fruition.
Before joining Down & Company PC, Aida practiced as a family law lawyer, advising clients from all over the Greater Toronto Area about cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, child and spousal support matters, and divorce applications. Prior to that, she articled at a busy real estate law firm in Toronto’s financial district before being called to the Ontario Bar in 2018.
Aida obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa after completing her honours Bachelor’s Degree in socio-legal studies from York University in Toronto.
